Will this ring turn my finger green? No — the base metal is solid 925 sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic and does not contain nickel, lead, or brass alloys that cause skin discolouration.

How long will the gold plating last? With proper care (removing before hand washing, showering, and sleeping), the 18K gold vermeil plating can last well. As with all plated rings, friction from daily wear will eventually wear through to the silver beneath. Solid gold options are available on request for a more durable finish.
